Rebel Angel All Breed Animal Rescue (RAABAR) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit oraganization. Our mission is to rescue and provide care for neglected, abused, abandoned, and homeless cats and dogs, as well as those at risk of euthanasia. We ensure that every animal receives the necessary medical attention and is placed in a loving foster or permanent home.
